Therefore since NJ did win the motion .Keeping any award sealed, Weber claimed that if NJ wants him to accept less then he should be entitled to receive something in return. Settling for smaller awards to avoid long appeals was always something which Dr. Weber was fully aware .This has become normal in these high amount awards. What is unusual is Dr. Weber's odd request to unseal the case with any settlements. Dr Weber claimed that NJ attorney general request was out of the norm. Marc Weber is only asking he be treated as everyone else or they can pay the entire $40.9M. Please at least you won't be an injustice collecter and complain now that you won your Malicious prosecution civil case. I heard your already complaining NJ is going to appeal to make you wait 20 years to get a 1/4 Settlements of the$40 M. You're an ingrate,self centered and love to bitch or you'd accept the $7 Million offered . But then you would not have anything to bitch about.
